Yikes: Lamborghini Urus Gets Duct Taped Together After Brutal Accident

The Lamborghini Urus is an SUV with supercar power. The Urus is one of the most coveted (and most expensive) SUV models produced in recent years. In a tragic turn of events, one Urus owner banged up their Lambo and tried to repair the damage…using duct tape.

According to AutoEvolution, a damaged Lamborghini Urus popped up on the Detroit, Michigan used car scene. The Urus appeared to have been in an accident. While accidents and insane stunts are becoming increasingly common for expensive vehicles, something about the SUV seemed off. Its mangled hood was duct taped to other parts of the front of the vehicle.

The 2020 Lamborghini Urus has an estimated retail value of nearly 290,000 when it is in prime condition, but this SUV is…well… it’s pretty jacked up. The buyer will have the pleasure of purchasing expensive Lamborghini parts to repair the vehicle. By the time the new owner pays for parts and labor to get the vehicle back into shape, they will have spent thousands of dollars.

The Urus is one of the few super SUVs in existence and a massive milestone for Lamborghini, so seeing one in anything less than perfect condition is disheartening, to say the least. Duct tape on a Lambo looks trashy for the Lambo, but it’s a pretty big endorsement for duct tape. It turns out after an accident, some drivers resort to basic salvage tactics regardless of the vehicle’s value.

Buying a used vehicle that has been in an accident can be a great way to save money, so this banged-up Urus may end up being one lucky buyer’s dream project. If we can learn anything from this unfortunate accident, it’s that just because you can drive fast doesn’t mean you should drive fast.

She has a net worth of over a billion dollars. Superstar soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo has also been spotted driving a Urus. Ronaldo is worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

The Lamborghini Urus is one of the most expensive SUV models on the market, and rightfully so. It boasts amazing performance and is as luxurious as an SUV can get.

The 2021 Lamborghini Urus makes a massive 641 horsepower. It uses a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine. The Urus accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour in under 3.6 seconds. It has a top speed of 190 miles per hour.

The Urus has supercar power. The SUV is amazing, but even the most powerful SUVs can get pulverized in accidents. If you ever get the chance to own a vehicle as expensive as the Urus, drive carefully, or you may end up duct taping it back together.
